Hi! My name is Jadeyn FuRuoYu Keegan and I was born on February 14, 2004 (Valentine's Day) in Fuzhou City, Jiangxi Province, China. I was assigned to the Fuzhou SWI but I am residing with my foster family until my "forever" family comes this summer to bring me home to Wilmington, North Carolina.
